Therefore, frequent investment and further development of our tooling expertise and tool shop is essential for us to provide world-class tooling solutions.

Our highly skilled engineering and tool design team has decades of experience and is developing unique, customized tooling concepts to meet your specific requirements. The 3D models and technical drawings of your tooling and dies are modelled by state-of-the-art CAD software, such as SolidWorks. During the design phase, we are in frequent contact with our customers to align ideas and perceive potential material saving and cost-efficient processes right from the beginning.

In-house Tool Shop

The finalized and approved 3D model of your stamping and deep-drawing dies is then turned into reality by our in-house tool shop. We are working exclusively with highly modern CNC machines, handled by our experienced machine operators. This enables us to achieve highest precision in our tool parts while keeping the manufacturing time and cost at a minimum.

Another major advantage of our in-house tool shop is the supply and reaction time for spare parts and replacement parts. In case of a tool breakdown, we can immediately react and reproduce necessary cutting dies, bending dies or guidance plates without being dependent on a third-party tool maker. So, production lead time and your delivery dates will not be compromised.
